To redeem your M.H Rewards points, you’ll first need to sign in to your account.
Once signed in, select 'M.H Rewards' from your account page. Here, you can view your current points balance and the rewards available to redeem.
Redeeming your points
Select the reward you would like to redeem. Once you have confirmed your selection, a unique voucher code will be generated for you.
Your voucher code will also be sent to the email address associated with your account, so you have a record of it for future use.
Applying your reward voucher
Once you have redeemed your points and received your voucher code, simply add your chosen items to your basket and proceed to checkout.
At checkout, enter your unique voucher code into the 'discount code or gift card' box and apply it to your order.
Please make sure your order meets any minimum spend requirement associated with your chosen reward. For example, a £25 reward requires a minimum spend of £100.
Redeeming a reward directly at checkout
You may also see your available M.H Rewards vouchers displayed at checkout, beneath your basket items.
Select the reward you would like to use. Your unique voucher code will then be generated and can be applied to your order through the 'discount code or gift card' box.
Your voucher code will also be sent to the email address associated with your account for future reference.
Important information
Only one M.H Rewards voucher can be used per order.
M.H Rewards vouchers cannot be combined with any other discount or promotional code, including welcome offers, promotional codes, sample vouchers or gift vouchers. Our checkout does not allow multiple codes to be applied to the same order.
M.H Rewards vouchers can be used towards sale and promotional items, provided that the relevant minimum spend requirement is met.
If you redeem a reward by mistake, you can 'unredeem' the reward from the M.H Rewards section of your account.
